Strong background in industrial engineering and power supply specialist, complemented with more than 10 years of work experience as cross-cultural manager &executive in a wide range of companies, being capable of create new business from scratch, established international supply chain management companies and being properly linked with the international financial environment. Thanks to all of this experience, he started to be tied to the blockchain business since 2017 developing web3 projects, started to mine crypto by himself in Spain in 2018 and at the same time he kept on developing investment operations in cryptocurrency projects. In 2020 he got into deeper into crypto mining business providing tailor-made services for local Chinese crypto miners wanting to relocate overseas and foreign companies willing to host these (www.orientalminer.com), and providing solutions for individuals and corporations.

Josep is backed by a very strong track record in China managing teams for many years. He is an electronic products and supply chain expert. Founder of JQ Global Services which provides consulting and supply chain services: sourcing, QC, Project Management. He also has experience in electronic products R&D in China.

He is thefounder of The Hedge Coin Group, a multi-faceted cryptocurrency investment & consultancy firm basedin Shanghai, China that is deeply involved with the Bitcoin mining exodus from China. In 2013, he founded and led one of the very first cryptocurrency hedge funds in Asia. Since 2015, Zachary has opened cryptocurrency mining data centers across Asia including in Sichuan, Inner Mongolia, Hebei and in (outer) Mongolia. In total, Zachary is responsible for over 300MW of mining centers established over

the world. Currently he has an actively managed crypto currency and investment fund.
